Score Change

Please note that the scores have changed ever so slightly, which has affected some teams' ranking within the league. Please visit the Scores page, and hit refresh on your browser, to see the current standings as we head into the final qualifying week of the season.

For those that are interested, here is a brief explanation: When the league was first conceived, we had no idea of the growth, and rate of growth, that we've seen. With an average of 18-19 teams per week, you've made this one of the most popular Quiz Nights in the area, and we thank you very much for that.

We recognized that some areas would feel the strain of such growth, and immediately started focussing on them. One of the major areas was scorekeeping. Each night, the scores are recorded and totalled by hand. This would not be a problem with 7-10 teams, but with 20 it opens the door for human error. Since week 3, we've been working on a better solution for scorekeeping and tablulation. Unfortunately, this process takes some time, and along the way we will run into problems.

We continue to thank you for helping forge something completely unique, and hope that you can weather the 'bumps' in the road. We promise that you won't be disappointed... this is only the beginning!
